By downloading or using Vox Notes, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. The License

Gerald van Eeden ("The Developer") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Vox Notes software on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Vox Notes offers a "Pro" subscription that unlocks Cloud Sync features.

• Payments are processed via the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. Cloud Sync & Data

Vox Notes allows you to sync data to your own Google Drive or iCloud account. The Developer is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or storage limit issues caused by these third-party providers. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Gerald van Eeden.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "As Is." The Developer will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the app, including data loss or device malfunction.
